HOW TO REMOVE MOLD

Like with asbestos, the first step in remediating mold is confirming its presence. We work with you to complete this by engaging a third-party air monitoring firm.

Following confirmation, our licensed mold-removal experts will then work with you to ensure complete understanding of next steps and scale in order to bring your structure into full local, state and federal compliance.

At this point, many contractors will put the project on hold, waiting for you to handle the mold they have encountered. At Greenbriar, we are your mold removal specialists, too. We’ll ensure your property is safe for you and your community—not stopping until your air-monitoring partner assures us the mold has been removed.
